About the division:
Client Strategy is a dedicated team within Distribution, the sales organisation within Markets. Each product cluster has its own Client Strategy effort but they each partner closely to deliver a robust and coordinated holistic client strategy across asset classes, ensuring that we make the best use of our resources to deliver value for clients and maximise returns.
Credit Client strategy is part of Client Strategy team which caters to Credit Business where the company is a global leader and serves a full range of clients. Credit Business makes markets for clients in all credit instruments including Corporate, Financial & Sovereign bonds, securitized & covered bonds, single name CDS, iTraxx Indices and Options. Credit Client strategy is a Global Team supporting Credit Sales, Credit Trading and Credit management teams across America, Europe and APAC.
Overall purpose of role:
The candidate is expected to work in a high intensity, results oriented team environment as part of the Credit Client Strategy team in Mumbai, which is virtual extension of Global Credit Client strategy team. The candidate is responsible for producing Business Strategy presentations, Business Performance reviews, Marketing Material (Client Briefs) and performing ad-hoc customized analysis. The candidate is expected to interact closely with counterparts in other regions and products to understand their requirements and deliver innovative and accurate result in minimum duration.
The role requires sound understanding of Credit Business and financial markets (Fixed Income Securities in particular), good eye for detail and an ability to liaise with the Senior Business Managers, Trading desks and Technology teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of critical business strategy inputs.
This role provides the opportunity to make a strong immediate contribution for applicants who are proactive, tenacious and eager to learn about multiple products and clients.
Key Accountabilities and Skills required:

o Key specific accountabilities.
o Produce Client Strategy / Trading Strategy reports for Desk Heads and Senior Management
o Create Account Plans / Game Plans for Key clients across Sales and Trading desk
o Provide Competitor Analysis landscapes (Coalition & Greenwich) for Senior Management meetings
o Develop dashboards and various MIS reports analyzing volume, Revenue, Risk, Productivity and Sectors etc..
o Automate current reports and develop new reports in Analytical tools like Qlikview, Spotfire, (BO) Business Objects, Proclarity etc...
o Analyze Business Performance matrix for business/desk reviews
o Create Client Briefs and marketing material for client meetings
o Provide desk with ad-hoc analysis on client flows like buy/sell ratios, client buying patterns, desk coverage, sales interactions etc..
o Stakeholder management and leadership.
o The candidate would have to interact with counterparts in New York, London and APAC. The candidate need to closely work with COO, Sales Head and Trading head to understand their requirements and deliver as per their expectation with minimum iterations. The candidate is expected to come up with innovative ideas and business solutions, to deliver accurate final output in optimal way.
o Decision making and problem solving.
o The candidate will have to be proactive in identifying issues and getting them resolved by aliasing with various stakeholders
o The candidate needs to work on several time sensitive activities and hence is required to be meticulous and efficient

Your Skills and Qualifications will include
o Advance knowledge of Credit Business, their risk factors, Performance matrix and valuation
o Good excel knowledge including VBA. Programming skills are an added benefit
o Excellent communication skills (oral/written) as the candidate would have to work with Onshore teams globally. They would have to speak to the COO, sales Head and Trading Head across globe
o Strong Analytical Skills
