Key Responhsibility Areas :

  •  7-8 years’ experience in International Contact Center of which last 4-5 years in handling large sized operations teams
  •  Ability to collaborate and work across the business to achieve shared success
  •  Set goals and KPI’s for the team and monitor results as per goals
  •  Long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence
  •  Relationship Management: Build sustaining and productive relationships with customers and stakeholders
  •  Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching for the TL and reps
  •  Oversee and review escalations and the escalations process for the particular market
  •  Maintain employee performance records; track and report on performance outcomes
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact/ escalation for Internal as well as external stakeholders
  •  Maintain track of all pending and open items and ensure closure of the same within agreed timelines
  • Discuss hiring requirements and be a part of the hiring/interviewing process

Eligibilty Criteria :

•        Any Graduation

•        >5 years Team Handling Experience in International voice Contact Center
•        Flexible to work across shifts
•        Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
•        High level of proficiency in working with Microsoft office tools(Excel & Powerpoint)
•        Ability to set targets, motivate and drive a team of 50 associates
•        Managing stakeholder/client expectations
