Role Requirements:

Delivery management

·         Lead standard delivery and enhancements on existing applications of Interactive from India

·         Ensuring timeliness and quality of deliverables,  while maintaining latest, industry accepted tools and  technology standards in delivery

         Strategic Orientation

·         Lead short-to-medium planning for people, process and technology for teams and translate plans to specific actions for teams

 Stakeholder Management

·         Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders to bring about changes in local teams, to establish stronger systems and processes

·         Build credibility for local teams by showcasing available talent at regional/ global platforms, while looking for opportunities to expand their contributions to the Group

·         Enable teams understand and appreciate the client's context, create a culture of keep the client experience  at the helm of all services

People Management

·         Manage and improve current performance in teams, and develop capabilities for future needs of the organisation/ function

·         Mentor team members to take on larger responsibilities and build clear career paths by assessing  performance and potential, at all levels

·         Create a culture of learning and continuous improvisation in teams

·         Build networks across functions and create opportunities to share learning across departments and help create a unified people capability

         Change Management

·         Create a positive experience around change by Implementing and managing change plans in teams, enabling them to see benefits of change


Technical Skills

·         Strong in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application  architecture when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints

·         Strong hands-on knowledge and expertise across .NET technology stack, including latest version of C#, .NET Core, WinForms, MVC, WebAPI, WCF, WPF , Workflows, Integration/EAI technologies (like ESB, REST, SOA), Common frameworks such as Struts, Spring, hibernate and Database technologies (SQL Server with SSIS, SSRS)

·         Strong in front end web technologies including Angular, React, jquery, bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3

·         Good understanding of latest development best practices including OOPS, Design patterns, Entity framework, SOLID principles, Azure, DevOps

·         Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities

Knowledge on insurance industry is preferable

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior Experience

·         14years+ years of experience in tier 1 or 2 IT services companies or Tier 1 captives managing projects for insurance/BFSI clients

·         Should have managed IT teams of over 7 to 8 employees in a global environment. Should have experience of managing off-shore teams

·         Insurance  industry knowledge is preferable
