Role & Responsibilities :-
HR Operations process such as on boarding, exit formalities, employee query management, employee data management and Payroll
Support employees and managers and educate them with HR processes, policies & applications
Ensure robust HR service deliver model in accordance with audit requirements and organizational standard
Partnering with vendors for various employee related services.
Working on monthly, quarterly, yearly and adhoc HR reports.
Managing employee life cycle changes on Workday.
Maintenance of employee personal records as per statutory guidelines.
Manage attendance and leave management system for all employees. Liaison with cross functional teams like Finance, Talent acquisition to drive timeliness and accuracy in monthly payroll
Be the first point of contact for employees for all HR operations related querieS
Education & Experience
Post graduate/MBA preferred. Should be a graduate
