 Job Description/ Key Responsibilities: -

To ensure team completes all daily operational tasks in accordance with defined procedures & deadlines set as per the service level agreements
• Role requires suitable candidate to do processing/verification tasks for half day to support business volumes
• To manage escalations and issues (technical and non-technical) raised by the team members/other colleagues
To think & act innovatively and creatively to improve on key performance indicators set for the team
• To review, recommend and implement new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient
• To work closely with business partners to prioritise issues and ensure these are dealt with quickly and efficiently
• To drive quality improvement initiatives in the team
To build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at various levels in the organisation
• To give input and assist with changes to team structure whenever required
• To ensure team member’s development through effective delegation and empowerment, performance assessment and feedback
• To ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet operational and project requirements
• To manage the resolution of any resourcing issues within the team
• To apply knowledge, experience and judgement prudently to decisions that influence customer experience or team morale
• To interact with stakeholders at various levels to deal with both escalated issues and less routine matters
• Should have experience in solely managing various projects and to be aware of project life cycle
• Expertise in testing in various test environments is must
• To set team goals and provide input to the wider department and business goals
• To be responsible for taking Human Resource actions, e.g., recruitment, appraisal for salary and bonus reviews.
• To develop Service Level Agreements with key internal contacts to define operational standards between the groups when required
• To be able to establish & maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers
To assist the team in the resolution of operational queries and act as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders
• To prepare MI at the team level and individual level and conduct the analyses on the regular intervals.
 
Experience and Qualifications: -
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a multi-national organisation
• Ability to plan and organise when faced with multiple tasks
• Competent communicator both formally and informally
• Ability to motivate team to remain positive despite difficulty, disappointment or when under pressure.
• Ability to generate enthusiasm
• Proactive in problem solving
• Flexible working approach
• Regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent excel and presentation skills
 
Essential Skills: -
• Excellent communication skills and preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong Microsoft Excel alongside good IT skills particularly Outlook, Word
• Ability to delve into details
