Role: -

We are looking for capable Project Manager for handling Factorin projectsand our client(s). PM will be responsible for day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects under Factorin.

For this position, we expect you to be a professional with understanding of financedomain (preferably Factoring domain).You should be methodical and have excellent Project Management skills. As the Project Manager, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with team and client(s).


Duties & Responsbilities: -

  •     Plan and implement projects
  •     Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
  •     Define tasks and assign to required resources
  •     Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement changes
  •     Create schedule and project timeline
  •     Support and direct team
  •     Track the project successfully till closure
  •      Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  •      Monitor and report on project progress to higher management and client(s)
  •      Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on objectives
  •      Manage risk
  •       Manage all documentation
  •       Lead quality assurance
  •       Lead process implementation in line with Organizational process adherence
  •        Manage budget
  •        Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
  •        Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications (mandatory)
  •        Resource management
  •        Involve in Presales – RFP, RFQ, RFI etc.

Education & Experience: -

  •    10+ Years of total experience with 4+ years of relevant PM experience
  •     Minimum 3 years of Financial project implementation experience
  •    Experience working with International and domestic Clients
  •    Managed a team of 20 or above
  •     Hands on support and maintenance project
  •     B Tech / BE / MCA preferred
  •     PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  •     CSM / Agile experience would be added advantage
  •     Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
  •      Knowledge of techniques and tools
  •      Experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management
  •      Proficiency in project management software tools including MS Projects, Jira etc
  •      Knowledge in .NET technology (optional)
  •      Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •      Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  •      Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  •      Sound knowledge in Project Financials
  •      Well aware of Projects metrics & utilization
