20 Mar 2020
While everyone across the world continues to navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19, Elements HR Services is committed to supporting your business throughout the course of this pandemic and to provide continuity of service at all times. The safety of our employees, community, and customers is our primary concern. There are a number of measures we’re taking to ensure we manage to safely get through this situation while continuing to serve our community and customers effectively.
The daily news surrounding Covid-19/Coronavirus continues to put pressure on the entire world. We are seeing growing concern in our communities, businesses, and the world at-large. At a time when there are more questions than answers, I wanted to take a minute to ensure you of our commitment and ability to serve our clients, employees and our community.
In response to COVID-19, EHRS has created a Coronavirus Preparedness Team who is actively monitoring updates to help us navigate through this uncertain time and ensure we continue to serve our clients well.
We are focused on doing everything we can to minimize the risk of exposure to our people and maintain our responsibilities to our clients.
Keeping our business running
EHRS leadership team is meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves, to adjust our operations to maintain continuity, and to support the safety and health of those impacted. In addition, EHRS is operating in accordance with guidance from local government and public health authorities across the country. Of course, the health and welfare of both our employees and your employees remain a priority. We continue to monitor conditions closely each day and have activated our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) protocol accordingly to reassure our associates and our clients.
We along with our administration team are confident in our Business Continuity Plan and do not anticipate any issues in continuing to provide clients with our high-quality level of service in this ongoing phase of COVID-19. Keeping our BCP under regular review and will adapt it as required. At all times we will be ensuring that we maintain our high level of service quality and ensure the wellbeing of our staff.
For our Employees
Our recruiting team is working continuously and are equipped with the necessary resources to work remotely. With all the collaboration tools in place our work will be conducted as normal. A good percentage of our team is going to work remotely and within a safe environment which will provide them with every chance to get the best of the data and information for consultation and discussions.
But we recognize that not everyone has the ability to work remotely. For our staff whose work involves maintaining our offices and arranging meals, we will continue to pay and support them, and they will devote this time at home to personal & professional development.
For our Customers
We are committed to keeping our services up and running. With everyone working remotely, we are 100 percent sure of the productivity, results, and work to continue just like before. Our team is built up of strong players and we build our trust in them just as they do in us. Our clients are to be provided with the results with utmost vigour keeping in mind our worker’s safety and health as a priority.
For our Community
These are challenging and sometimes frightening times, but we feel confident that as a company and community, we can get through this together. Say Yes to Precaution and No to Panic. With determination and restraint (moderation) we will overcome this fight. This too shall pass.
